Melanie Best is our firm’s receptionist. She joined the firm in 2023 and has over 10 years of customer service experience.

Melanie is responsible for first impressions of our firm and providing excellent customer service. She greets clients as they enter the office and by phone. Melanie is also responsible for monitoring our firm email, receiving and processing client tax documentation, and helping clients when picking up their tax documents and returns.
