Director
Bree Montoya is the director of the business valuation and litigation support (BV/LS) department at Gray, Blodgett & Company, PLLC. Bree has more than 20 years of accounting and 15 years of public accounting experience. As a director at Gray, Blodgett & Company, PLLC, she provides business valuation and litigation support services for family law, commercial litigation, gift & estate planning and other matters related to privately held businesses.
Bree has been involved with hundreds of business valuations and litigation support engagements in a diverse range of industries throughout Oklahoma. She provides support expert testimony, asset tracing, determination of separate and marital property and preparation of expert testimony in courts throughout the State of Oklahoma.
Bree holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
Bree is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Oklahoma. She is an associate member of the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Bree holds the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
Bree is a committee member of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Section (FVS) ABV Credential Committee and serves on both the ABV Education Taskforce and the ABV Exam Taskforce.
She is also an active member in the Oklahoma Society of CPAs (OSCPA), serving as a member of the OSCPAs Business Valuation/Forensic and Litigation Support.
